NEW FREELINE PARTS:

Bremse: Das KZ-Chassis wird mit dem neuen Vorderradbremssystem I25x2 RR EVO ausgestattet

wurde während der Saison 2022 getestet und zeichnet sich durch eine größere Bremsleistung aus

erzeugt eine bessere Balance und eine bessere Leistung

Sitz: Der neue FreeLine-Sitz mit grauer Struktur findet sich in jedem Modell wieder, seine Besonderheit

ist eine bessere Flexibilität

Kettenschutz: Für die KZ wurde der neue FreeLine Kettenschutz konzipiert und realisiert

Kategorie. Es wird ein Standardzubehör für das CRY-Modell sein.

Lieferumfang der Karts:

Komplett mit Plastikteilen, vorn 507 und Seitenkästen EVO, mit Halter, Heckstoßstange CIK C3, Lenkrad, Sitz Freeline, Sitzstreben, Felgen, Motor Klammern, Schaltgestänge (125 ccm), Kupplungshebel (125 ccm) und Bremsscheiben.

Version SH-Factory werden mit Magnesiumanbauteilen geliefert

NEW PARTS :


Pedals : the new Free Line pedals of HI-TECH lines will be in forged aluminum with the
characteristic of greater robustness and will offer various position adjustments to be able to
adapt to the different needs and characteristics of each driver

Bracket Gear Lever : the new “Bracket Gear lever” HI-TECH will be in forged aluminum
and as characteristic will have more rigidity in order to warranty a more precise and direct
gear shifting.

Graphics : as every year, the graphics have been review to give an aggressive and modern
look.


Pods : all the 2022 karts will be equipped with new “KG of latest homologation model 507,
both front and rear

Brake: the KZ chassis will be equipped with the new front brake system I25x2 RR EVO that
has been tested during the 2022 season, characterized by a greater braking power that
generates a better balance and a better performance

Hubs : were developed new rear hub diameter 50mm long 100mm with a different structure
more massive in order to give more GRIP to the kart .
They will be sold as spare parts: code 10.15638.00-NE HUB 50X100-8A BIG.

Chain guard: the new FreeLine chain guard has been designed and realized for the KZ
category. It will be a standard accessory on the CRY model.

Fuel pipe guide: all the S15 karts will have a new fuel pipe guide fixed directly on the petrol
tank.

Crown carrier: we developed a new floating crown carrier that, transmitting lower tension to
the engine, allows a better function and a lower consumption of the chain. That will be sold
as an optional. Available in D. 50 – 40 - 30

Axels: two new axels will be introduced in FreeLine range, one for KZ 50x2x1040 type ‘O’
and one for the direct drives 50x2x1020 type ‘N

Seat: the new FreeLine seat with a grey texture will be found in every model, its characteristic
is a better flexibility.
